Privacy Policy

MindGlyph (“we”, “us”) is a collection of word games for Android and iOS. This policy explains what data the app handles and why. We keep it short and plain.

Information we collect

• Account & profile. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email, display name, and a provider identifier so your progress syncs across devices. You can also play as a guest (an anonymous account) with no personal details.
• Gameplay data. Puzzle results, streaks, scores, coins, achievements, and level — stored to power leaderboards, stats, and cross-device sync.
• Device & usage. App version, platform, language, timezone, and basic event/diagnostic data used to operate and improve the app.
• Notifications. If you allow them, a push token so we can send daily-puzzle and streak reminders. You can turn these off any time in Settings or your OS.

How we use it

To run the games, save and sync your progress, show leaderboards and stats, send reminders you opted into, display ads, and diagnose crashes and performance issues. We do not sell your personal data.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties that process data on our behalf:

• Google Firebase — authentication, cloud messaging, analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Google AdMob— in-app advertising, including rewarded ads. AdMob may use advertising identifiers to serve ads. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

Advertising

The app shows ads to remain free. Ad partners may use device or advertising identifiers. You can reset or limit ad tracking in your device settings (Android: Ads settings; iOS: Tracking & App Privacy).

Children

MindGlyph is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices & rights

• Delete your account. Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account and all associated data from our servers.
• Notifications. Toggle off in Settings or your OS.
• Access / correction. Contact us to request a copy of your data or fix inaccuracies.

Data retention

We keep your account data while your account exists. Operational logs are pruned on a rolling schedule. Deleting your account removes your personal data promptly.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
