These terms govern your use of the MindGlyph apps and services (“the app”). By using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
Using the app
MindGlyph is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to misuse the service — including cheating, tampering with gameplay or scores, abusing the leaderboard, attempting to disrupt the service, or accessing it through unauthorized means.
Your account
You may play as a guest or sign in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Virtual items
Coins, levels, achievements, and similar in-app items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be adjusted or reset as part of normal operation of the games.
Ads
The app is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads. Watching a rewarded ad is always your choice.
Content & intellectual property
The app, its games, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.
Disclaimer & liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
